Ariel Palmieri and Karen Stein have been selling real estate in Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties since 2005.  They reside in coastal Ventura County and their main office is located in Hollywood Beach, in a residential neighborhood tucked among historic beach bungalows and spectacular architectural homes.  With additional offices in Ventura on the Victoria Corridor and Oxnard in the "Tower" building on Esplanade, they can conveniently meet with clients with interests throughout Ventura County.  Beyond the harbor and beach areas within the communities of Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Channel Islands and the City of Ventura, because of their specialty in coastal homes, they frequently work with clients who are looking to purchase property north along the beauitful gold coast in the Ventura communities of Faria, Solimar, Rincon, Seacliff and Mussel Shoals; in Carpinteria; and to Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara.  They are members of both the Ventura County and Santa Barbara multiple listings services, and when they list homes in the enclaves between Ventura and Montecito, they market them to agents in both brokerage areas.  Having previously lived in Santa Clarita and the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley, they also work with clients by referral in those areas.  Ariel and Karen collaborate with exceptional real estate brokers, agents and offices throughout California and the United States.  They are available to consult about speciality real estate needs and will personally connect clients with real estate advisors in other locations.
